President Trump should take a lesson from the late Dolly Parton, who donated millions of dollars to child literacy, flood relief, and medical research among other charities without insisting on having her name emblazoned on buildings. Parton did it because of her empathy for people in need.
President Trump should take a page from Dolly Parton's playbook, lose the narcissism, stop threatening to demolish the Kennedy, and stop listening to his fellow billionaires, like Elon Musk who said that empathy is a fundamental weakness of Western civilization.
