The results of the Program for International Student Assessment, or PISA, are due to be published on Tuesday and according to various reports they are expected to show a sharp decline in the performance of Israeli students. The disturbing data will serve as a final report card for Yoav Kisch, one of the few education ministers in recent years to have stayed in office for his entire term.
